THE BENEFITS OF A FOAM-LOK SPRAY FOAM ROOFING SYSTEM
THE FOAM-LOK ADVANTAGE
FOAM-LOK Spray Foam Roofs are a sustainable roofing system for a wide range of commercial, agricultural, industrial and residential applications.
This advanced insulation and roofing system is applied to any shape and substrate. It seals the building envelope to stop heat transfer through the roof deck, minimizes air conditioning from escaping, and restricts unconditioned air from entering the building.
MEMBRANE VS. SPRAYED POLYURETHANE FOAM SYSTEMS
|ROOF TYPE||DESCRIPTIONS||EFFECTS OF WEATHER|
|SPF Roofing||Continuous surface with no edges, seams or joints||Self-flashing||Self-adhering (adhesion without fasteners)||High resistance to missile damage and lateral moisture movement||Grips building envelope to resist high winds||Continuous surface protects against water intrusion|
|Membrane Roofing||Overhangs, overlaps, seams and joints||Attached flashings||Secured to roof deck with fasteners||Subject to damage and penetration||Can lift off or peel under high winds||Peeling exposes building to water intrusion|
